I made a purchase in the drive through at approximately 4:45pm today. I ordered a 2 piece dinner only. I asked for spicy with mashed potatoes with extra gravy! The person asked me 3 times which kind of chicken I wanted, I told her 3 times I wanted spicy. When I got home, I found that the chicken was overcooked and was not spicy! Plus it was much more greasy than usual! I tried calling the store to explain how unhappy I was and was unable to get through due to the line being busy! I must say, I am very disappointed as Popeyes' has been my favorite for a long time! I would appreciate a call concerning this! My number is 623-418-7026 Thank you

First time is the last time

The tables were cluttered with the remains of past customers and the employee assigned to cleaning was more interested in smoking a cigarette while she rearranged the dirt on the outside windows. KFC has better food and clean tables.
