Our A/C unit quit pumping out cold air at midnight on a hot August night. Called a few repair places starting at 6am the next morning none of which was able to send out a repairman until the afternoon. Got ahold of Lee Collins at 6:30am and they said they could have someone there between 8-10am. Brian showed up right at 8am and had the problem diagnosed and repaired by 8:30. Thank you guys for your prompt and great service. We've used Lee Collins in the past in conjunction with our home warranty but hadn't since our home warranty expired but for sure will be calling them in the future. They have a great bunch of guys working there.

I have been lucky enough to work with Ken and the team at Lee Collins for over 20 years. They are amazing and go out of their way to provide prompt and efficient service. They have come to my rescue in 6 different homes and I wouldn't use anyone else. So honest and always try to repair before replacing!! They are the best!!!

I would rate them zero start if it was an option. Incompetent and dishonest. The home warranty company sent them to my house to troubleshoot a room that wasn't get cool. They came out the first time which cost me $65, they changed a condenser in the main AC unit (how is that supposed to fix a problem in a single room?) went away but the problem was still there. They came back a second time and said they couldn't find anything wrong and said it wouldn't cost me anything since it was still the same problem. Meanwhile the room is still not cold enough. I get a notice from the home warranty company that I owe them $65 for the second visit because they told them it was a different problem than the first one, even though they said there was nothing wrong. So, I'm out $130 and the problem is still not fixed. I would definitely stay away from them.
