Worst place ever! Do not buy from here sold me a pos and over $4k in repairs. horrible crooks said that nothing was wrong with car to get the sale!

Worst place to buy a car (YES)WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE (YES) We do not lie or play games,what a joke! That is all Bret knows how to do, that is if he will pick up the phone or return your phone call. Car needed some things fixed when i got it, Bret said he would get the parts and have it fixed. No parts... not fixed...how many times can they send you the wrong parts? Called about my tags expiring in a few days also, no phone call. Car broke down,cost me $400 to fix.Called him when it happened, that was a week ago. No phone call to see what happened with the car. Yes, Bret is a person that has your back...only if you like the feel of a knife in it. Oh, and Bret, you could please everyone, if you did what you said you were going to do..............

A few years ago I went through a divorce and ended up with some credit issues, Doing a BK was not my way to fix the problems. About a year ago I met with Bret and wanted to buy a vehicle they had in stock however at that time it was not right. Bret went through my credit with me and told me what I could do to better it. 3 days ago I came back to frye fleet sales and saw bret and was happy about my credit and what he told me to do a year ago well it worked I bought a car I liked and a payment I was able to afford I am very happy with him and the way frye fleet sales took care of me when I pay this vehicle off and it is given to my daughter I will buy another one from them

I bought a vehicle at Frye Fleet Sales... Oh what a BAD customer service it is . Had to deal with the son(Bret) and a mother(Francy). Every time I call Frye. They would tell me... what they were going to do right away or taking care of right now... GUESS WHAT..? Never Happened after 6 months... Get the BALL ROLLING Bret and Francy!!! I would not buy another Vehicle from them again, since Frye keeps giving me the run around. I've dealt with private dealers and had good services.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! would never buy a car here, think twice before you come here not worth my time.

We did job for this company, and didn't get paid.

These people will treat you right. If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend them.
