I saw the shop a couple of times driving around Desert Ridge and finally decided to give it a try, wow am I glad I did!! I walked in amazed at the size of the shop and the friendliness of the barbers - Arsen sat me down in the most comfortable barber chair I had ever experienced! After I explained to him what I was looking for he smiled and began his work. I flipped through the large flat screen TV at my station and stopped it on the CNN, we started to chat up on current events and even told some jokes. To finish off the cut Arsen massaged my shoulders and then even switched on the massaging chair!!!! I was amazed! He told me that he only turns on the chair for his regulars!!! What can I say? - He now has a client for life!

I WENT TO HAVE MY BIKE SERVICED THEY TOLD ME A PRICE AND THEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND IT WAS TWIICE AS MUCH I RECOMMEND NOT TO STEP FOOT IN THERE

My family and I went to enjoy a game of pool and some fun family time! We ended up waiting 15-20 minutes in 1 line for the pool balls (which we were told to wait in) and then the girl says oh no pool balls here, they usually are here, just go into the billards room and someone will be with you in a minute! We then had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come in there to help us! By this time we were ready to leave, we ended up playing a few games and ordered some soda! The young man, Jarron that waited on us took the pool balls before we were even finished playing. He knew we were extremely unhappy and he should have contacted his manager and we shouldn't have been given a bill, after such UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR SERVICE.



We don't plan on going back again, due to the poor service, I did call and talk to Nolan who stated to please come back in when he is working and he will make sure we are treated properly.

I ordered a bike from here a month ago I was told I would have my bike in 10 days. Well thirty days later of getting the run around them telling me ever other day it would be in the next day. I still haven't received my bike or my 380 dollar deposit back.
