Arizona's Spa-Tech

I called this company and they are the only ones that do answer there phones with a live person not a machine.
I called for service on my spa and they had a technician out the next day. They even had it fixed the same day also, and they are very professional in there appearance and there workmanship. #1 with Me!

Called on Saturday and given appointment for Wednesday between 7AM - 11AM. No follow up from company to confirm my appointment. Called multiple times on Wednesday AM to see if I could get a closer time the tech would arrive. This company bought out another company I had done business with in the past and told me they had purchased the other company's telephone number. When I called that number, they answered on Satruday but now there is no answer and no voice mail. When I called this company's number (602 243-1459) on Wednesday I got ntoing but Voice Mail saying they are either away from their desk or have reached them during non business hours. I have no idea what their "hours" are since they do not tell you on the Voice Mail. It is now almost 9AM. I will try again at 9AM to reach them and if they do not answer, I will call another company to fix my spa.
