Allstate Transmission I rate as TOP CLASS! They are so HONEST! When other places would have charged me, they took full responsibility for their work even after warranty!!! I had my '03 Honda Pilot tranny rebuilt here. I went back right before my warranty was up because I felt like something wasn't right. They didn't find any issue at that point. Then way after warranty was up the engine light came on and we went back ready to pay for whatever needed work. COMPLETELY COVERED. Yes, you read right. They covered it. Why? because they do care! They aren't scammers AND they didn't take advantage of me because I was from out of town. I live in Prescott Valley and found their place online after searching for a while. If you read for yourself their reviews are CONSISTENT. Which said a lot to me and after my experience they still meet up to a very high standard. THANK YOU NICOLE, MITCH AND GANG!!! Sorry I didn't review sooner.. no computer at home but I'm sure glad we found you guys and will always tell others about you there.

Allstate Transmission took great care of me. Very good customer service and work. They had my transmission fixed in just a day and it works perfect. They were honest and friendly and I couldn't be more pleased. Also, the first shop I've been in that was that clean and didn't smell like a grease bucket. First Class!

Honest, courteous and skilled. Have had three cars worked on. The first needed a trans rebuild no question about it. Allstate rebuilt it quickly and for a fair price. Had two other cars with problems. Any unscrupulous shop would have told me I needed a transmission rebuild on both cars. Allstate didn't. One car was a vintage corvette with a bad leak. Allstate checked it over and told me it needed nothing more than a new pan gasket. The other car was my daughter's jeep with an automatic that was slipping and shifting erratically. Turns out it was only low on fluid due to a leaky seal. If you need transmission work, go to Allstate.

Allstate Transmissions fixed the problems with my transmission that I just had rebuilt 7 months ago by a shop that had gone out of business. They had great customer service, Nicole took the time to make sure I was updated the whole time, something which I hadn't got from the other transmission shop. I recommend them if you need any kind of transmission work, the service and repair was well above anything I had expected!

I haven't had better customer service from an automotive shop any were I've been. The people at Allstate Transmission were very helpful and knowledgeable. They rebuilt my transmission for exactly what they quoted me and had it done on time. It's been a little over a weak now and the transmission works great.

Honesty !!!

Honesty, Isn't that what we all want in an auto shop!! I called Mitch at Allstate and told him I needed a clutch replaced on my truck ( I had been advised that the sound my truck was making was from the pressure plate and that I should have the whole clutch replaced) . I called the Toyota dealer for a quote = $1500.00. I did some research and found Allstate online and was quoted a MUCH lower price. I was working out of town for a few days so I dropped my truck off. The next day I woke up to a message from Nicole at Allstate. They had verified the noise and it was coming from a heat shield on my catalytic converter. They had repaired my truck and THE CLUTCH WAS FINE. Whew !! Score !! Right ? It gets better... I picked up my truck on Friday and was waiting for my bill. Happy that it wasn't the clutch. When I asked what I owed - They said $0 That's right, what would have cost me $1500.00 was repaired for nothing thanks to the HONESTY of the folks at Allstate. If you want a place you can trust -then call the folks at Allstate Auto- I know I will!!

I had my truck fixed at Capitol Collisionand they referred me to Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair to look at my transmission problem (they are in the same auto complex as Capitol) I had been previously quoted by aamco that i needed to have my tranny rebuilt and was just saving money to do it so I thought I would get a second opinion. Good thing I did- It DID NOT need a new tranny. Jeff from allstate told me it only needed a new solenoid which cost me less than $200 bucks. Thank you for being so honest. Beware of aamco and if you need any tranny or repair work, this is the shop to trust!! Thanks again



Just bought a boat and took my truck in again to have them install a large transmission cooler for towing. Again, customer service was excellent and their work was great and fairly priced. Great Shop!

Excellent customer service at a Phoenix repair shop, Allstate Transmission and Auto repair. Mitch and Nicole gave me the best service I've ever gotten from an auto repair shop, they explained everything and helped me understand transmissions a little bit. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, I felt comfortable letting them repair my transmission. I give them 5 stars and my best recommendation for a repair shop!

I started having transmission problems with my 05 Chevy P/U, it has over 200,000 miles on it & I had the transmission rebuilt once before. My first experience with a trans shop was a disaster, so I wanted to do my homework first this time. After looking at reviews on line for transmission shops in Phoenix and talking to a couple of them on the phone, I decided to have it checked out by Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair. They had a lot of good reviews and after talking to Mitch, I felt comfortable. The bad news; They had to rebuild the transmission in the truck. The good news; They stood by the quote and got it finished on time. The reviews were definitely reflective of their shop, no run around. My transmission works perfect, it was under $1,500 and came with a warranty. I can easily recommend them for transmission work, but do your homework first if you can’t take my word for it.
