        The owner is a coward, he hides behind his idiot staff to keep the people that pay their bills from compaining about the ghetto apartments he is Scamming people into renting! Do NOT waste your time or money here!! Unless,you like to throw money away ! If there was a minus 10 for a rating, i would have used it.
