Highly recommend this place!! Got a washer last year couldn’t be happier service was great!!! This year had the scare of my life dryer fire... everything was fine thank god! Went straight to Torresdale appliance and the gentleman who took care of me was understanding and helped me with picking a new dryer shout out to Wesley answering questions was not a problem he took time and cared I will send anyone there!!!! So thank you again Wesley!! You are the best!!!

purchased a washer and dryer two weeks ago. Within a few days the dryer made a loud sound and stopped working. My attempts to call them were futile. They do not answer the phone or return calls. Do Not buy anything from Torresdale Appliances.

my first experience was horrible. The used fridge blew out twice during this short 90 day warranty. They exchanged for another and so far no problems. I might buy the extended warranty!

they gave me good deal on fridge,stove and microwave but were late to delivery. The guy told me 11:00am to 4:00pm and they didn't arrive until 7:30.

I would say its ok. Just make sure you know what you are buying. i bought a new scratch and dent washer and so far so good. I double checked and saved about $300. I made sure i got the year warranty. I only have complaints about some of their used stuff. I have a lot of rental properties around the northeast region and out of ten fridges maybe 2 need fixing but besides that they do come and fix it,so it all works out.

They have nice stuff but make sure u check it real good I bought a 900 dollar refrigerator n all my stuff in the fridge is Going bad my freezer don't freeze n my fridge don't get cold mind u I just went shopping. ,here I am waiting for them to get here n check it . My house smells like sum thin is leakin out the fridge

This scratch and dent store is really better than I thought it would be.I have read the previous reviews and I have to say that my experience was different. They told me delivery was at 1:00pm and then they couldn't come until three. However I've bought things from Lowest and Home Depot and they take over 24 hours .What's a couple hours late when your saving money? Every store has there complaints.(Sears,Lowest Etc..) I bought a brand new four door refrigerator,brand new stove and a brand new dishwasher for exactly 50% off of the original price with a one year warranty added on to the warranty I already had. I would really recommend anyone to come visit this store.

I wrote the prevoius review...and I need to let u know the washer we bought broke less than one month later...we went to the store and they said they would come and fix it...NO ONE has shown up to fix this machine... I urge you never to buy anything from these people...the unprofessional behavior is prolific and beyond reason

I do not recommend these people the service was awuful... we were told delivery would be at a certain time and after I had to call multiple times they finally showed 3 hours later... they did not have all the material to set up the washer once again we were told they would be back in twenty mins 2 hours later my husband went and got all the material and is setting it up himself... Ridiculous
