I had contacted Mike to ask about repairing/replacing the zipper on a 15x17 screen house tent. He suggested that I bring it in so that he could look at it. After a moment or two of examination, Mike concluded that the zipper teeth were all in tact and that the problem was the slider. He looked around his shop for a slider, but did not have one that was the double sided and appropriately sized. Pliers in hand, Mike tinkered with the slider and the zipper teeth. Within in no time at all, the zipper was working perfectly! I was absolutely delighted to discover that I would not have to replace the zipper or, worse yet, the entire tent. I asked Mike what I owed him and he waved his hand and said, “Nothing, just write me an online review.” So it is with much gratitude and enthusiasm that I write this review.
