Overall

Great customer service! They offer samples before purchasing. Great selection on pastries. I won't go anywhere else for my baked goods.

THEY SUCK ! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !! AND DONT TAKE THE ORDER RIGHT APPARENTLY !! I ALWAYS ORDER FROM 5TH ST SO I FIGURED THEY WOULD BE JUST AS GOOD. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I ORDERED A SUGAR FREE BIRTHDAY CAKE! THEY HANDED ME A PLAIN CAKE THEN TOLD ME TO SPECIFY I WANT ICING NEXT TIME. ITS A BIRTHDAY CAKE IT SHOULD HAVE ICING THE CAKE WAS LOPSIDED. SO THEY PUT ICING ON IT AND TRIED TO WRITE HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM .. IT LOOKS LIKE MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER DID IT. NEVER AGAIN ! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. STICK TO 5TH STREET!
