I took a ring to happy jewelry, when I got it back, I got my diamond set on other cheaper ring. They had an answer why it change from white gold to yellow gold. They claim that the person they send it to thought the ring was yellow and re-dip the ring. But the could not explain why a ring that I have been wearing for 11 years. Did not fix my finger, after only 7 days of not wearing it. My boyfriend wanted me to call the police. But I didn't want the situation to accelerate. Someone could had got hurt or went to jail. I wish I did call the police. They give me a junk ring that didn't fit. I didn't have the original receipt for the ring, it was 11 year and I also didn't have a close up picture of the ring. Advice if you take your jewelry there take a picture of it, before you get it fix. Because you might not get the same item back.
