Lee Spa Nail Salon

The quality of service is horrible. It took 2 hours to get a refil because the nail tech kept breaking one of my nails. Then he left it crooked and argued me down that it wasn't until another nail tech came and fixed it for me. I got my eyebrows waxed which I already thin, but now it looks like I don't have any at all. This picture is of my nails just 10 minutes after leaving their shop. You can see how sloppy the paint work is. Never again

I used to visit this nail salon all the time, but one time I visited them to get my nails done, I was just fed up. Now, I don't have a problem with this establishment trying to retain their guests, however I come to the salon to relax and try to squeeze in some time to pamper myself. I already waited 45 minutes to get into a chair. Once I finally get in the chair, I had to wait for my nail technician to wax 2 peoples eyebrows. When she finally made it to me, she answers her phone and carries on a whole conversation without even touching my hands. By that point, I was fed up and politely walked out. I don't know who teaches these nail saloms about proper customer service but it seems that people have become accustomed to this type of unprofessionalism, but I won't. If I'm paying good money for a service I want to be treated with respect.

4+ years customer. Whenever I go somewhere else closer to home.they remind me of why I prefer LEE'S.
