F&M Contracting

Work was done promptly. There was some missed items that were found after completion and payment. The contractor was contacted about the issue at least three times over the next three weeks. He provided dates the error would be corrected, but failed to meet any of these dates. It got to the point that when he was phoned, a request for a return call was left on his voicemail but a return call was not received.
In my opinion, If your going to use this contractor, be certain there is no error before making payment. It has been my experience that after being paid, the only thing you'll get from this contractor is idle promises.

We received a free estimate & hired F&M Contracting to repair/replace the siding soffits around our house as there were birds & squirrels getting into the attic. We were given a reasonable price & were very pleased with the work & professionalism we received. They were even able to reconstruct a metal holder that was missing from our shutters so that we didn't have to replace or remove the shutter from the house & it looks fantastic. I highly recommend F&M Contracting, they have over 30yrs experience in the business & it shows in their work. We are very pleased!
