WORST PLACE EVER PLACE VERY UNPROFESSNAL FRONT DESK PERSON VERY RUDE HAD ME ON HOLD FOR 15MIN VERY VERY GHETTO HER BUSINESS IS GOIN NO WHERE AS OF NOW DONT CARE HOW GOOD U CAN DO HAIR CANT HIRE FRIEND THEY WILL BRING U DOWN SHE NEED BETTER PEOPLE WORKING THEIR BECAUSE EVERYONE I KNO THAT WENT HERE SAID IS WAS THE WORST PLACE AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY ATT ALL THEY SELL BAD HAIR SO KEEP YOR MONEY I BROUGHT CURLY HAIR IT LASTED FOR ABOUT 2 DAY NOW IT DRY AND OLD LOOKING SO UPSET WASTED SO MUCH MONEY AND TIME ON THE UNPROFESSNAL PLACE THEY HAVE SO MUCH TO LEARN THE PLACE IS GOIN NOWHERE!

The owner is a REALLY good stylist her hands are good .... BUT what's good hands if your attitude is nasty ... She is rude & VERY unprofessional & her shop is like being in your mothers basement with all your homegirls!!!!! She argues with anyone who gives her criticism & her first reaction is to fight & call names I don't care how crazy your hands is respect goes a long way I think she need to take some customer service classes before she decides to run a business!!!

Does great hair but very very very unprofessional and rude. I recommend whoever that needs a hair stylist, to find someone that will treat them with respect and not hang up on them or yell at them over the phone when it's an issue on their end. I recommend the stylist shakeya and her receptionist to take up some business classes and customer service training. Would give 5 stars but since they were unprofessional .. I give them 2 and I won't be back and I will tell others to find another stylist.
