My basement gets full of water over a month. It is storm water issue due to a blockage on the street level. I have finished basement and things getting destroyed. Licensed plumber said contact to PWD. It is over a month still my basement gets full with sawage water. My landlord wanted to speak a supervisor he was transferred to and was on hold over half hour. No one answered. Why do even pay for storm water charge?
