Airworks Systems

I would not recommend Airworks Inc or Jim Saville to anyone. I was recommended this company from my homeowners association. I had an AC leak in my unit. One month ago, I had another company check out my unit and there were no issues. I continued to have an intermittent water leak. I called Airworks Systems (Jim Saville). He came to my unit on 9/9/14 and diagnosed an airflow issue. He removed the outer grill and front panel of the unit. He spent 15min total in my unit as I was there. He came back on 9/10/14 and said I needed a new air grill. He placed a call to a supplier and sprayed soap and water on the coil. He was here 15 min. He came back 30 min later with a new grill (this costs $50.00 or less online). He sprayed the coil with a solution and installed the new grill. Again, he was here 15 min max. I was in the unit for the whole day. He spent max 45min in my unit.



His total charge for the new air grill and labor = $320.00. I questioned why the cost was so high and he claimed that he charged me for 2 hours of labor due to the driving time/gas it took to drive to my unit. This company is practicing highway robbery. His pricing is not fair in the least. Moreover, he was rude and condescending. I paid him the $320.00 and told him I would discuss this matter further with the condo association and the Better Business Bureau.
