NO! While the dental work is adequate, their office practice trys to get $$ whichever way they can. They will bill you $400 if you cancel for the first time, even if you called 23:59 hours before your appointment! They billed me and refused to take it off and I called 22 1/2 hours prior! I never canceled or no showed before and pay all bills at time of service. Dr. Spann also discourages patients from seeking second opinions. I think that is the real reason for "standing by thier policy" when it came to reasoning with the office staff. They refused to let me talk to Dr. Spann saying "she doesnt talk to patients about billing". She can collect though!! I am a cancer survivor and have never been treated this way in any of my many medical appointments.
