        Great service

        My car broke down and I had it towed to Dave Kring, and the tow truck driver failed to tell them he dropped it off (in the back of the lot!), so they didn't even know it was there or whose car it was when I called. But as soon as they found out it was mine, they apologized and had it fixed the same day. They sent a very nice gentleman to pick me up at work so that I could get to my vehicle when they were finished, and they even called the next day to make sure my car started! Very impressed:)

        Service Manager!!!!!

        I had my Impala SS break down while I was on vacation up at Boyne. The gentleman in service, CHAD was so helpful, I really want to thank him, This event had ruined my vacation and he made it tolerable. He kept me informed, helped me arrange a wrecker, even checked to see if things such as towing would be covered under the warranty. For being so far away from home and having this happen, Chad was polite, informative and very helpful. Thank you Chad!!!
