STAY AWAY!!!! This is a dealer, not an official Verizon store. Bought Samsung 8 for a million bucks. The screen protector degraded touch screen sensitivity. I took it back to the store after reviewing many similar complaints online. Brittany said she never heard of this. My 15 day refund window had expired, so I asked if I could get credit for the inferior screen protector toward the purchase of a $50 liquid protector recommended by others. She refused. The best she would do was replace the same garbage protector, but they had none, and had to place it on backorder. After 2 weeks, the new protector came in and I returned to the store to pick it up, in hopes installing it myself would help. Brittany said she needed the old one back so THEY could get a refund. I did not bring it, as it is stuck to the inside of my wastebasket at home. She sent me away, disgusted. Go to a real store, like the one in Colonial Heights. I went to this store because it is closer to my house; what a mistake and I am humiliated that I took my eye off the ball and got ripped off. I should have gone with the bad feeling I got when I saw the store was trashy, as well as the unprofessional appearance of employees.

I found out my 80 year old mother had been scammed by their salespeople to buy a phone ( LG old style ) for $250 when at other places it would have been free!. When I went to the store to complain they didn't want to address the issue and refund her money. It's on the "official" verizonwireless website for $109.00. I found out that this store is a private retailer of Verizon so they can sell the products at any price.. But to take advantage of an 80 year old woman is unethical and wrong!!. I will address this issue with the district manager asap!!
