Miguel Alfaro - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with Miguel and Barbara for 12 years (and with State Farm for 27 - love the loyal customer and multi-line discounts!). In addition to being exceptionally nice people, they are super responsive and supportive, making sure that we have the right amount of insurance. Our car got stolen a week ago and our copay was a mere $100. Even though we could have just worked with the case manager, they encouraged us to come in and they sat with us for an hour to let us process the shock, to help us with the Affidavit and to make sure we had an unlimited supply of chocolate. We felt very much taken care of.
