We stopped in Home Selling Assistance in Perry Hall because we were interested in Selling Our Home. We were treated very professionally by the Realtor that was there. We made an appointment to meet the Realtor at our home. The Realtor gave us a Market evaluation of our home, we listed our home at the Realtor's recommended price and put it on the Market and it sold and appraised for exactly what the Realtor said it would, We have bought and sold other homes in the Past and I must say the Professionalism that we experienced when dealing with Home Selling Assistance Realty was by Far the Best Service that we have every gotten! We think they are an Awesome Company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to Buy or Sell a Home in Maryland!!

These people do not communicate well. They took a higher commission than agreed to, never returned our phone calls (even management), were very unprofessional and basically "took the money and ran". Do yourself a favor...Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200, just RUN as fast as you can!!! :)
