        Slum Lords

        The Perris park apartments are a bad living apartments. They take your rent but don't fix what needs to be fixed inside the apartment. They need to be torn down or get a manager that's gonna do the job right. Hire a white person at least they get the job done. These Mexicans don't do nothing at all just want free rent. And don't speak a lick of English. Perris park apartments have slum lords as managers....

        If you just need somewhere to live until you get on your feet, then this place is ok.The walls are very thin. Cheap quality everything interior. Can't wait to move.
