It cures to a firm, resilient, flexible, water and weatherproof coating. It has excellent adhesion to concrete and plywood and when embedded with aggregate, provides a tough-wearing, skid resistant surface with high resistance to ultra-violet and harmful exposure to the sun and weather.
Residential Roof Repair

Residential Roof Replacement/Installation
The DURAGARD coating system is in compliance with ASTM D-6083, which is an all-encompassing test, developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials for the purpose of providing a standard specification for liquid applied acrylic coating used in roofing. The ASTM D-6083 test umbrellas the following ASTM tests that apply specifically to coated roofing assemblies: ASTM C-794, D-1079, D-16, D-1653, D-2196, D-2370, D-2697, D-471, D-4798, D-522, D-562, D-624, D-903 and D-1644.
Residential Roof Inspection
Warranty be sold prior to the termination of the warranty, Young Builders will, upon request, completion of a roof inspection and receipt of transfer fee, transfer this warranty to the new owner. Young Builders must receive the warranty transfer request / fee within sixty (60) days of sale and close of escrow.
