LifeWay Christian Store

Greetings, I had a very unfortunate experience at this store on yesterday. I had been going to Family Christian Bookstore for years but, unfortunately they closed. I enjoyed their customer service team because of their professionalism and warmth. Yesterday, I visited Lifeway Christian Store on Bell Rd. Phoenix/Peoria - Arizona for the 9th time and for the first time I was met with the most unprofessional service in my Christian Book Store experience. I have spent over 1000 dollars in this store and as a Senior Pastor of a large multicultural church I will no longer encourage our members to shop their due to the racial tension I experienced by an employee by the name of Jacob. I would rather order online from other Christians then to visit this store again. I would never want anyone to experience what I experienced on yesterday. It made me very uncomfortable. Working in the criminal justice field for years taught me when people present themselves to you in a racially tense fashion, take the Jesus route. I hope this store improves in terms of employee training because, more money will be lost when you have inappropriate individuals greeting the public.
