Great experience overall, food wasn't that bad, I would just recommend they switch it up. Same eggs every morning. staff was friendly especially danielle in therapy!

My wife works there and the first day had many issues and problems! On her second day working she came home crying. After that I told her to put her two weeks in. Since she's been there, which is only less then a month she has nothing but anxiety. They left her and one other CNA alone with over 30 patients. The poor patients are being left with urine and feces in their beds. Some have bed sores that are not being treated. The rooms and the bathrooms are discusting! There is not enough staff or help when needed. People are just walking out of there and quitting without any notice. They had one of the cooks just walk right out and left the nurses and the director of nurse cook the lunches and dinners. I'm so glad my wife put her two weeks notice in this place!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! The message on the phone after being put on hold is a LIE! The statement on their website and brochures are a LIE! Now I see why this company changed their name and staff. They had a bad rep from the start. Woulld I give this company any 5 stars? NOT!!!!!! I don't even want to give them one star, but if I don't I cant publish this. DO NOT WORK HERE OR HIRE THIS FACILITY TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE!

If there was a way to give no stars or do a negative amount I would. There were a handful of CNA's & LPN's that were good. However the facility was extremely under staffed & the conditions for LPN's & CNA's are brutal. Took forever to get medication, if you God forbid need help with going to the bathroom, good luck with getting anyone before you have an accident. The food if that's what you want to call it is horrendous. I would not give it to a dog. The water & ice for patients is in a big water dispenser & ice in a cooler which in over 30 days I never saw cleaned once. The entrance smells so bad one feels they have to hold their breath. There are long term patients who live there. They leave them sitting in hallways for hours on end. One patient said "I have to go to the bathroom" many tines. No one came for him & he wet all over the floor.

They some times use a registry for LPN's. These 2 women came in for a shift & physically, mentally, & emotionally abused my family member. Nothing was done except was told they would not be back which didn't matter because the damage was already done.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Their mission statement that is on recording when your on hold says they provide all of these services ... LIES Transportation is non existent. They put it off on insurance companies & cab companies saying it's their fault. If you EVER want to be a decent facility step up & make patients a priority & get them to & from their appts. Stop making excuses why things are the way they are.

The ONLY good thing about this place was their therapy dept. They were organized, caring, & very good with patients. There are so many other things to touch on but I think you get the jist of it.
