Gordon has worked hard for us to get a settlement taken care of which I thought was a friend. We loaned monies to them to continue to liv e in their house! When it came time for the loan to be paid there was excuse after another! Thankfully we made them sign a agreement if the monies was not paid back the boat that was their collateral was then ours. Mr. Welch was to patience and well versed even for this little thing we had! We got the boat and was able to sell it and move on!!!!
