Hollenback was a complete blessing in disguise today. In this horrible heat wave that we've been experiencing as of late my fan motor decided to take a rest. With not only being on a Friday, but this was near "quitting time" for most to start their weekend. I made a call and they immediately sent a technician out to verify the issue, despite the evening rain blowing in as well I might add. Although my unit is a little dated, the technician had just what I needed on his vehicle to make the repair. Even though some of the old parts wanted to give the technician trouble getting it off due to old age and rust, he stuck with it and replace what was needed. Actually the outside fan motor runs even more quiet than ever!!! Most importantly, I can sleep peaceful tonight knowing I have a much cooler house now and not have to worry about my squealing fan motor waking my neighbors at night. Awesome service!!!
