David's Bridal

I checked the website for dresses I liked and went in the next day for my appointment. I got there about an hour early to have time to browse. Half an hour before my appointment, my stylist Katie and another stylist Mackenzie came to help me pick out and try on different styles, including the one I really liked from their site. Several employees help me try on the dresses and one stylist helped me accessorize with belts, veils, and hair pieces. They were so helpful and encouraging, and I easily picked out my dress!! It was during the week (which is when I recommend you go because it wasn't busy and I had extra attention from staff!!) and everyone somewhat participated in my shopping! Everyone was so ridiculously sweet and helpful.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! First, they attempted to convince me to purchase a dress off the floor that was two sizes too small! Plus, it was damaged (ripped strap) and had a large stain! But not to worry! They could fix it IF I got my alterations done at the store. (and of course I'd need major alterations... the dress wouldn't even zip!) When I refused the damaged dress, they ordered me the wrong dress entirely! When I noticed, I called to check on it and Stephany LIED to the manager and said the mistake was MY fault because I couldn't decide! Actually, of the five dresses I tried on, there was only ONE that I liked. Plus the dress she ordered wasn't even one I tried on at all! Corporate is no better... I've been waiting on a call back for over a week! When I called again today... guess what!? They couldn't find my order at all, until I said never mind, I would just contest the charges to my credit card. Then magically, they found my order. This is the very short version of the nightmare that David's Bridal has caused! STAY AWAY!!!

I had a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress today in Pensacola. Jessica helped me promptly after I signed in for my 9:30am appt. On a Saturday. She was very helpful in helping me keep within my very low budget of est. $200. Had I gone by the reviews I would never have walked in there, luckily I did and had an awesome experience. I would recommend making an appt. Online to avoid wait time. So happy I went in there, had my perfect dress within an hour!

Ok I have 6 Bridesmaids all over (Indiana, Atl GA, FL, other areas GA, etc.). After the horrible experiences with Davids Bridals All Over the Country, I'm convinced the only great one where I truly had good service and the employee was helpful and organized was Pensacola, FL. Thank you to that one for at least helping to redeem the David's Bridal.

I wish I remembered her name bc it sounds like from the rest of these reviews others are pissed at this place. I wouldn't doubt that this one has some terrible employees that have no idea what they are doing bc every other one I have dealt with is like that. But the woman that helped me was great. So I have to give them the 4 stars.

Went to David's to get dress/shoes for my daughter, who is the flower girl in my brothers wedding. Clerk REPEATEDLY got date, dress and sho size wrong. It was like pulling teeth to get her help with shoes and she almost appeared delighted when she told us dress would take 8 weeks when wedding was in 4, even though she already knew the computer gave us a 2 week turn around time. NEVER again will I deal with them. Incompetent!!

The employees are not helpful, they just want you to 'hurry up and buy' and get out. My fiancé just called me in tears after picking up her dress, WTF is that about? We drop 2k in your shop and you send the customer out in tears b/c she has questions that you refused to answer and belittle her for asking?



I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND DAVID'S BRIDAL, NOT EVEN TO MY ENIMIES!



If I could rate -5 stars, I would.

The first time I went here I wanted to try on a lot of dresses to find the perfect one and the consultant they gave me had told me " I have an appointment coming in I don't have time to keep pulling dresses for you." (she had only gave me 3 to try on) she then told me I couldn't get the dress I wanted because they didn't have time to order it and size it. ( which I ordered the dress at the David's bridal back in my home town and they got the dress ordered in 2 weeks and got it fited) she was so nasty to me. The second time I went in was to pick up one of my bridesmaids dresses and the girl asked for my last name and the bridesmaids last name. She went to the back and came back and said he had no dress under those names then she looked in the computer and found it and rolled her eyes at us because she had to go back and find it. My bridesmaid had told her she wanted to try it on and the consultant handed her the dress and said have a good day and walked away. Everyone there is snobby and inconsiderate. I will never be going back!!!!
