Captain D's Seafood Kitchen

I tried this place again after several years, it's a SHAME how they make us wait for food that's supposed to be "COOKED" upon ordering. Well,after waiting 20 minutes tonight for our meal, the food was almost warm and cold french fries! What was the wait for?! And this poor man was sitting in there when we arrived and 20 minutes and 3 orders later...he was STILL there! I asked "what's going on with his order?" The cook said she was going to drop some fries so they would be HOT...the girl at the counter said "just give him the COLD ones and get him out of here." Customer service at it's finest!!😠
They need to close down or get people who care and can represent this company in a POSITIVE way!

i left my credit card at Captain D's on Pensacola Blvd. on March 24, 2009, I called that same day about an hour after I left there. The lady that had it said she would mail it the next morning or day, whatever. Today is March 31 and I still dont have my card. I am really disappointed in the service. It was not a major thing for them to do, but to me it was.

That is the onlyway i have to pay for things. I will very definitely tell everyone I know what poor consideration for me and my card was. I called again on friday, she said she would mail it that day, because she had gotten busy. I was upset then. Here it is Tues. 8 days later and I still dont have it. This is making my life terrible.

also the fish was terrible. I had to throw away most of it. The breading on it is so thick and uncooked, you might as well be eating a dough ball. What happen to the thin crispy fish you use to have? I will go to Long John Silvers from now on. To my face, the lady I talk to was nice the lst time, the second time she was condesending. Not good for your business.
