I spoke to triple A@ 1am explained needing a tow truck for them to send a service car then I called again for supervisor Cory to read my whole order that lakiesha took including I said in my report no way to reach spare tow truck needed for me to SPEAK with Kevin whom is dispatcher for JC TOWING that felt the need to ARGUE with me and show POOR customer service ...... KEVIN ID NUMBER 1784903 should not have a customer service roll if he do not no how to OWN CUSTOMER ISSUES FROM START TO FINISH put him in charge of the trash he was VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL , it’s know 5:36am AND I STILL DONT HAVE A ETA CAUSE KEVIN IS HAVING A VERY HARD TIME FINDING A DRIVER TO TAKE THE ORDER FROM 1am I find that hard to believe another point no SENSE OF URGENCY !!
