I think John and his crew are outstanding. They installed a new sprinkler pump and lines around my pool and they did a great job from A to Z. They were very careful not to tear up my yard in the process and for that I am very grateful. His price was very reasonable and overall I am very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend them.

As one of the owners of Pines Lawn Sprinklers, I am responding to Christy P.'s Review. We received an emergency call on Saturday afternoon from Christy's husband asking that we shut down the community's pump station because their fence installer broke a sprinkler line in their backyard and water was gushing. They were given our phone # from the HOA since we are the irrigation vendor for the community. I told him that the charge to "shut the pump station down" would be $85. He gave me his credit card information and I told him I would contact a Technician to come out right away. The rest was a mis -communication between our Technician , Christy P. , her renter and myself . , Repairing the line was not discussed during our phone conversation, however, our technician ( unknown to me) told the renter that we would be back on Monday. I received a voice mail from Christy P. saying that since we didn't show up on Monday , her "Fence Installer" repaired the line. We then turned the pumps back on. Soon after we received an emergency call from the HOA stating there was water flooding the backyard of a house and flowing to the street.. When we got there , we found that the water was coming from a second broken line in Christy P.'s backyard , also as a result of the fence installer. The HOA attempted to reach Christy P. Christy then called us for information. As it was after hours I told her that I would contact my husband who would have the details and get back to her. My husband was at an HOA meeting and and was not receiving texts after updating his phone with new software so i was unable to get answers until later. When he got out of the meeting, he filled me in on the situation , however it was too late at night to call Christy P. I called Christy P. this morning and she was very upset about the whole situation. I apologized and took full responsibility for the misunderstanding on Saturday, but cannot take responsibility for anything else she states in her review, as we did what we were paid to do. . , After her review, Christy P. hired us to repair the second broken line in her backyard which we will complete on Monday.

Wow!! Should of have read their reviews before calling them, but unlike the other two customers who rated this company a 1 in Yelp.com, the company weeded out themselves.

Living in Miramar and needing sprinklers repair due to remodeling of the front driveway, my wife gave me 2 local advertising magazines with 2 Plantation sprinkler companies. I instead Googled for the nearest sprinkler company and found this small mom and pop home based business located about 2 miles from my home. Called the 1st time and spoke with the company's president/receptionist/owner's wife who answered the phone. She had her husband go out there that same afternoon, and when I explained to him that my wife had given me the phone numbers to two other companies, before I can finish my sentence explaining that I never called them he was already asking me that if they answered their call. I immediately noticed that this company likes bad-mouthing other companies.

So after calling the company on a Monday and leaving a message that I needed someone to call me, they did not call me until Tuesday when I actually called again. All in all, I called about 5 times during normal working hours, and the voice recorder just kept coming on. I needed the work repaired urgently based on time restriction so they agreed to send someone by to see the work.

Due to the renovation of the driveway, the driveway company ripped the Comcast cable line running across the front yard. Since I own my own low voltage company, I was working out at the front yard with my crew and my son running a few gray PVC conduits, when one of my techs noticed 2 sprinkler company vans had driven by slowly and then left. After a few minutes I get a call from the company's wife, and the next thing that blurs out of her mouth is " You have an unlicensed sprinkler company out there doing illegal work, and the city code enforcement have been notified". As I started to explain to her about the work that was being done had nothing to do with the sprinklers, and that I needed for them to do the work , either she was too ignorant to listen to what I was saying, or she realized the mistake of what she said and stuck her tail behind her rear. Constant immediate callbacks to try to the clear the misunderstanding resulted in the answering machine picking up.

I don't have time to rate companies, but this one takes the cake. BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFFESIONAL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
