Marks Cleaners

I thought, wrongly, that a store that was sister to the one in Miami Beach, would be okay. My 2 blankets were not cleaned, as promised, after 8 days, After 2 fruitless visits, was promised a phone call when ready, which I never received. Went back today to find out hours posted on internet are not the store hours, for which the very nasty receptionist blames the owner.
