        I've been going to this chilis every Friday for a long time. I go and order take out and I order the same thing every time, chicken fajita for 1 with cheese, sour cream, lettuce and extra tortillas. OMG No one in that place except for one person, gets the order right. Something is always missing or they put the wrong thing. Im so tired of having to check my order and waiting for them to get what I asked for. The only person that always gets it right and does it with a smile is Angelica. She should train everyone there on how to take orders the right way.

        terrible service

        We ordered a triple dipper and they brought it with the wrong type of chicken, when we told the waitress she had us take everything of the plate including the sauces and put it in a basket of fries so she could take back the chicken and get the correct one. so ghetto. we waited forever to get the replacement and the manager came over and didnt even apologize he just informed us that the chicken was coming. this was just one of the bad parts of our visit today, I could go on and on but thr moral of this story is don't go to this Chili's! there are plenty of other restaurants with great food and great service.
