They did an excellent job replacing my roof.its been two years and it still looks perfect i highly recommend them.They are very experienced and use good quality materials.We had originally found some people off craigslist who had scammed us 2000 dollars but magnum roofing came and fixed everything that was damaged! I really appreciate the work that they did.And the price was perfect.



And to the person who said he stole money your obviously someone from another company why would anyone wait 32 days to take action for getting back 12 grand.

WATCH OUT!! I signed a $12,611.13 contract with these people for a new roof on 11-11-2011. I gave them a 50% down payment check in the amount of $6,305.57 on 10-13-2011 which they cashed immediately. I received a call from Dustin Chilson on 11-01-2011 telling me he was cancelling the contract because he didn't want to do the job and he would send my deposit back to me "immediately". I have been calling, e-mailing everyday for 32 days now, they will not return my phone calls or e-mails and refuse to send me my down payment back.

I live in Tampa Florida however I have a rental home in Pearland. I hired a compay to re-roof my rental home after Ike. They failed inspection 3 times, after the third failed inspection, I called Magnum to see if they could help. They went out to my property right away and called me. Come to find out the roofers that I had hired were trying to put my roof on with an office stapler, shingles were upside down, the home was just a mess. Magnum called me with a price and told me they could get it taken care of for me that weekend. They came out on Saturday, I had called them on Thursday, by Sunday my roof was complete, Monday I passed inspection. The whole process was just so comforting and yet it was taken care of so quick. I wish I had gone with Magnum from the start. They really are the best in the business. Thank you Magnum and I never will forget you!

Having my roof replaced by Magnum Roofing was by far the best contractor experiance I have ever been thru. From the time I called Magnum and requested service to the time my roof was completely finished was only 4 days. Even though we are in a position as a city were everyone needs their roof replaced, Magnum still made me feel like my business was important to them and made me feel like I was making an informed purchase. If you are looking for a roofing contractor, you would be a fool not to chose Magnum!

A few weeks ago, 2 different roofing contractors came out to my house and both told me that I needed a new roof. I didn't think that there was that much damage but I called my insurance and put a claim in like the contractors had told me to do. My insurance adjuster came out and told me I just needed a repair because of IKE and that I didn't have enough damage for a new roof. I called the contractors back to tell them what had happened and they wanted me to sign over rights to my insurance money to them, they would then fight my insurance for more money to get me a new roof, if I didn't end up getting more money I still had to pay them for the roof. I didn't like the sounds of that, it sounded like a scam to me, after all insuance had already told me what I would get. I tried calling other contractors and nobody would come out to my house for a repair. After calling many companies, I came across the number for Magnum Roofing , I called them just like all the others. They came out within 24 hours, told me that I didn't need a new roof, that all I needed was a simple repair. They fixed my roof for me the next day. If it wasn't for Magnum, I may have ended up paying thousands of dollars for a new roof that I didn't need, instead I paid $295.00 and the nightmare was over. Thank you Magnum for fixing my roof! I never could have thougth that dealing with a conntractor and fixing my roof could be so painless.
