Fox Den 3D Bar & Grill

Upon arrival for the Texans playoff game saw the place was packed but they had seating outside... So we sat outside and waitress came and took our drink order and then didn't come bck we had to stop another waitress and ask her to get our waitress after our order was finally taken we waited an 1 1/2 hour for our food!! When we asked where our food was they told us they weren't putting any more food orders in bc the kitchen was so backed up!?!? Wth!? We asked to speak to a manager and she put our order in and brought it out to us which consisted of wings, two salads and some pepper poppers! They cleared our plates faster than they got our order to us! And just like the previous comment they played the blame game... I don't see this place being open much longer and needless to say we definitely will NOT be back!

I really had a great experience at Fox den I came in with 15 people we were all pleased with the service we liked most that the food is homemade and fresh food its not the frozen pattie you get from other bar and grills its fresh food I have been back 4 times already and they have a mechancial which i was too scared to ride !

It was a Saturday night, the place was almost empty when we were seated, a party of 10, and after our order was placed, we waited for an hour and 45 min for our food. When the first order was received it was already wrong so we sent them all back. We had also waited 45 min for limes to go with our tequila shots because they had to go to the store to buy them. We received many excuses and the blame game was played between the waitress and the owner. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones who walked out that night.

The atmosphere and concept of this bar is great, but the food, drinks and service are horrible! We waited about 10 minutes for a waiter to even approach our table and take our drink order. We ordered an appetizer (spinach dip) with our drinks and didn't get it until we were almost done with our 1st drink...it took about 30 minutes to come out. When I asked the waiter about it, he told me the kithen was backed up and to "be patient". The spinach dip was basically nacho cheese, extra salt and some spinach. The drinks were no good either. The draft beer had a bad aftertaste and I couldn't get the apple martini I originally ordered because they were out of the apple flavor. I ordered the Blueberry favor instead and it tasted like a snowcone...I cannot taste any alcohol at all. My 2nd drink was a cherry martini and it tastes like a snow cone too--very sweet and no alcohol. I mentioned it to the waiter and was told that it's just how they make it. To make matters worse, we have been waiting for our food for almost 1-1/2 hours and the waiter just came out and told me that they are out baked potatoes. We finally got our food and the Cajun fried shrimp were not any better: small, overcooked and flavorless. Needless to say, we will not be back.
