Roadrunner Rubbish Removal

Stay away! Terrible company and even worse owner! Had this service for 25 years and they have been declining for years, now he has a vendetta against his customers. The owner has been doing the driving and is the cause of all the complaints! He has no respect for anybody and the way he leaves our cans toppled, crushed and driven down the road shows he does not deserve anyone's business. Our business with this joke is over, he threw a fit when a complaint was made about the rotten way he treats his customers and now the service is cancelled! Very glad to no longer support a company that should not be in business!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. We contracted for 3 roll-off dumpsters for a cabin teardown. They removed 2, but left the third on our lot for 9 months, while trying to extort $1800 to take it off instead of $180. After a judge told them to not send a particular driver and to remove the dumpster with the material inside, they sent that driver who just emptied the dumpster on our lot. Now we have to find someone else to load and haul away the material. We have had to delay building a cabin for over 9 months because of Roadrunner's immoral and illegal actions. Amy at the front desk is worthless, and everyone we've dealt with there has lied to our faces. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SUCK! RUBBISH.....INDEED!!

This morning, as I watched from the window, the person picking up my trash proceeded to roll my trash can across the street ( as his truck was facing the wrong direction) emptied the trash can, then drove off leaving the trash can across the street. Very unprofessional and lazy. When I called the office, no one to tell except an answering machine. Their service stinks!

Do not use, rude, unprofessional, and can not rely on. I ignored the reviews and wasted my time. Called for dumpster, never showed and then suggested was delivered to wrong home. Sometimes there is disorganization and people with a nice demeanor, sadly there is disorganization and people who are unpleasant. Avoid.

THE WORST: Service at Roadrunner is no service. They don't come pick up the garbage, and when you call they say they will pick it up the next day, well that was a LIE. The people there are VERY RUDE. I would NEVER recommend the company to anyone...

We recently moved to Payson, AZ. Our landlords were using Roadrunner Rubbish and we decided to call and switch the name on the account to ours...easy right? Wrong. We've been here for 2 weeks and have called them once a day for those 2 weeks...sometimes twice a day with no answer. We've left messages for them to call us and they haven't returned our calls. We've even gone to their office multiple times, always with a "sorry we're closed" sign on the door. There was someone in the office but they refused to open the door. Needless to say, we will be calling the other trash service in Payson and giving them our service instead. Don't choose Roadrunner.

Service very poor. Hard to contact always have to leave message and they don't call back. We were on auto pay and frequently had missed pick ups. Now in February they didn't pickup at all I left 4messages over 3 week period and no CBK. Finally got a person and was advised they stopped our service for not paying bill. They claimed we were 3 months behind. When I called back went to VM again and LM I had my card statements showing payment every month they again never called back . Got female after numerous attempts I told her I wanted management to call me regarding their poor book keeping,poor service and not returning calls. Management didn't return my call either. After 3 days I called again she informed me everything was taken care of and they would be out to pick up our garbage. They picked up the container. I called back and she said we decided not to do business with you.
