I just bought a 2012 Elantra. I couldn’t be happier! We dealt with Joe; he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Great dealership and even better sales person. i would highly recommend asking for Joe he was great.

I just purchased a new Accent with the help of Brett Cogill, Mike Kudos, Paul, Cristy, and the man who cleaned the car. This dealer's staff is Professional, Courteous, Friendly, and Helpful. After having a few unpleasant contacts with other Hyundai dealerships, it was totally refreshing to negotiate a new car purchase with people of this caliber. If you want to find out about New Cars and Prices in a low-key, non-high-pressure atmosphere, Courtesy Hyundai has my recommendation.

Just went in to buy my second car from Courtesy. I was in a pinch because my trade was not running and I still owed on it. Brett did a great job of getting me into a good, nearly new car within my budget. I was able to bring it home that night so I could get to work in the morning! I also have a 2009 Elantra that I purchased new and have had serviced exclusively at Courtesy. The service is always done in a timely fashion and the service staff are polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I pre-ordered my gallant from Courtesy. The salesperson was very straightforward about how much time it would take, what I would get and how the paying process would work. They were outstanding compared to my previous experience with another dealership who wanted money down without an estimate of when the car would arrive or even a reassurance that I would get the color or features that I wanted.

Our salesman, Chris, was just great and was a very good salesman. He welcomes you to the dealership as you step in, and had great information on the cars on the lot. He was so knowledgeable not only about the cars we were looking at, but other makes and models to compare to. We did not feel any pressure or rush like we did at the other dealerships we went to.

Courtesy Hyundai is the place to go for car shopping. We spent a few hours here a couple of weeks ago after an exhausting week of car shopping. The car we ended up buying was perfect for our needs and the sales team was wonderful. It was also very easy to work with the finance department, overall it was a great experience.

Courtesy is a great dealership. I have been working with Chris and Steve for years now and these guys know how to run and honest and reliable dealership and repair shop. You are not going to get scammed or find sleazy salespeople here; Courtesy knows how to take care of their customers!

We stopped by Courtesy Hyundai just to "look" at the Sonata on the way home after a weekend in Newport. We had read such great reviews on this car and wanted to see firsthand. We were warmly greeted by Orlando who took a great deal of time with us; especially when we were from the Cape. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. When we were about to leave Orlando's manager came out and introduced himself and thanked us for coming in......there was no high pressure sales tactics used and it was great. What a fabulous experience it was. I recommend that anyone who is interested in a new Hyundai stop into Courtesy...you will be glad you did. I love my new car!!!!!!!!!

Overall I am very pleased with the experience I had with Courtesy Hyundai. I had been to the dealership at least 3 times before making an actual purchase, but am pleased I decided in the end to buy from here. I was looking at several different makes and models, and jumping around from dealerships to Craigslist and back and forth. I found that the customer service at Courtesy was the best out of all of the other dealerships I went to around Providence. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Hyundai Sonata, certified used, awesome warranty, great price, and did I mention great customer service?

I have been having a hard time trying to buy a newer vehicle. My options were running out I figured when I walked in there was going to be no way I would be driving away with a new car. But I was wrong everyone at Courtesy went out of there way to help me get a new car. I went in expected to be told I'm sorry not enough credit instead I drove away in my new 08 Tucson. When I'm ready to trade up this is the only place I’ll be going!

After carefully reviewing a number of dealerships, including but not limited to Courtesy Hyundai, we looked at a brand new 2012 Veloster for my 80 yr. old Aunt, she loved it and was very particular about having a sunroof, and they looked high & low and found the PERFECT car with all the options and the color she preferred. She drove the car off the lot (too fast) and i am sure she will be resuming traffic ticket accumulation shortly! Orlando was GREAT! He was patient with an elderly client and explained everything about this little spaceship of a car. Everyone at Courtesy Hyundai was wonderful and I thank them for their professionalism & kindness!

As soon as I walked in Germaine and anyone I came into contact with were all extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and all thanks to Germaine and the management team. Overall a great experience with great people! I will have no problem referring family and friends (and frankly anyone who listens) to this dealership. Great great great!

They've proven their honesty and they've truly lived up to their "Courtesy" name. Their staff is top notch including both the sales and service areas. No pushiness. Just friendly, polite and professional every time. I can hardly believe I would ever be able to speak about a dealer like this, but for the first and only time in my life, I can. I highly recommend them!

This is the second car that I come to Courtesy Hyundai and purchase a car. I love their models and the prices too. I came looking something bigger for my family to fit in having a new born baby it was a little too small the previous Hyundai. The sales representative where able to help me out and find something that fit all of us in. I am very happy with my purchase. Great service received.
