After sending in all documents ..got pre approved ...did inspection..paid for appraisal twice ...all to be denied by underwriter. We did everything that we were told when it came to credit . When it came to two days till closing they denied us and the people I was working with gave us false hope. If you're willing to throw money away and get denied then this is the company for you . Please please becareful to those who are trying to rebuild your credit ...make sure you clear everything up before even applying because this company will build your happiness up and then the people who act like they cared really don't. They are just doing their job. We were already denied and still they had us thinking we were getting approved so we paid the extra appraisal. Then once report was completed they denied us.
