In this ever changing world of nutrition, I enjoy helping patients decipher the many myths and fads related to a healthy diet. As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Educator, I am passionate about helping others feel better and live healthier lives. I stay up to date with current nutritional science and research, and apply this information into a realistic, simple approach to everyday life. I have been interviewed extensively for health and fitness related articles, including Wellness magazine. I am an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Diabetes Educators Association. I have experience working with a multitude of health related issues including Diabetes, PCOS, weight management, bariatric surgery, cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal disorders. During each visit we will set realistic goals and a strategy to achieve these goals. You will receive the support necessary to adopt a healthier lifestyle. In addition to offering Nutrition Therapy, we also offer a customized fitness program with our experienced Physical Therapy Team that will help jump start your exercise routine safely and effectively!
