Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists - Meadows, Bernard J, MD

I just had to find a place to write a review for this office because my experience exceed my expectations. The ladies on the phone were so patient and helpful, as I had a lot of questions and was a new patient. The people at the front were very attentive. I was standing up, finished with my paperwork and was behind people signing in. One of them noticed this small detail and waved for me to drop it off at another window so I didn't have to stand and wait. The nurses there all seemed so concerned about me and how I was doing every time I came (back issues). Multiple people asked how I was doing. I even forgot about an appointment and they called just to check on me. It was just a refreshing experience unlike most that you are used to when you go to the doctor. Highly recommend.
