I write this convinced that this company does not care that it provides terrible customer service. The tech diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher on 15 March. As of 04 April, it is not fixed. I have called repeatedly to be informed that they had to call Kenmore first and it took 5 days for Kenmore to get back to them about the motor (no problem with the motor, bad gasket seal in the door); the subsequent calls, I was informed that American Home Shield had not ordered the part. When I spoke with AHS, they informed me as long as the part is under $500 the company does not need prior approval, they can order it. I called today, I was informed they ordered the 3 parts on Monday and only two came in. I only need a seal (one part); not sure what else they are repairing on my dishwasher. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

I'm a tenant who has had the misfortune of 3 broken appliances over the course of a year subject ot a home warranty (First American). All were old and cheap and Chesapeake repaired them and I was without service for a combined total of about 8 weeks. Now i cannot get them to return my calls about the dishwasher which the property manager said needed to be replaced. They should be put out of business

Do not use this company. They came to my home to repair my broken oven (I was assigned this company through my Home Warranty company American Home Shield). Chesapeake told me I need two new parts. However, they never returned to my home to make any repairs. But the worst thing they did was report back to American Home Shield that the oven was working properly when in fact they never made any repairs.

The worst company to work with. I have a rental unit they came out to diagnose. They were completely wrong about the diagnoses, I paid for the part ahead of time. Instead of the 2-3 days they said it would take to come in, it was over a week. I search the part and it the supply house was 35 mins away. They came out to replace the drain pump and it wasn't even the problem with the unit. They were impossible to get ahold of, took days to get a response. I ended up losing hundreds of dollars with them. Ended up getting a new unit all together at Sears. Tenant was not happy with me and I will make sure none of my friends/landlords or myself will ever do business with them again.

I had my Amana Front Load Dryer service ( approx 4 yrs old). That 49.95 service fee advertised on the web page was 75.00 which they deducted from the total charge 201.00. They came and replaced a thermostat on gas dryer. Supposedly tested it, and left. That same day, I tried to wash and dry a load and the dryer did not heat at all. They came back out a week later and told me the thermostat must shorted out circuit board and cheapest they could repair it would be another 250.00. 450.00 to repair and dryer.... Absolutely Not!. The first and the last time for utilizing their services. I dont believe they know what the heck they were doing. Just running up a big bill. :(

off to a good start but now...

When I called on Sat they came within 30 minutes to check on it. They asked for half the money up front and we set an appointment for between 4 and 6 on Monday. I started calling at 6:15 when no one showed up- They had left a message at 2:25 saying they were at my house and wanted to do the work. No one was home. I still have not been able to get in touch with them even though they said they have 24 hour service. I hope to respond back tomorrow with good news but right now... I want my money back
