A Dog's Dream

I have been taking my dogs to Carol for more than 40 years! She always does an EXCELLENT job with them. I moved from Parma and tried other places closer to my new home, but always ended up going back to Carol, since no one does nearly as well grooming my dogs. And I know that I can absolutely trust Carol with my precious babies - she is very good with them. She may not be the chatty type to spend time conversing with her human customers, but that does not matter to me since she is so wonderful with the dogs, which is why I continue to go to Carol after all these years! Highly recommended!

Wish there was a Zero star! I'm new to the area and love local businesses, so when i saw 5 dollar nail cuts, i could not resist. I went to this place the other day (5/30/14) with my doxie, we walked into an overwhelming smell of cat urine. we were greeted by two black cats, one was FOAMING from the mouth and swatted at my dog!! we have a big black cat at home, so my dog is completely fine with cats and only politely sniffed, this cat looked sick and approached him just to swat! The window was covered in snot from the cats, i assume they have URI's (upper respiratory infection), I would not let my husband touch these cats, for the fear of our own cat and foster kitten getting sick. The floors looked so gross i had to pick my dog up. They didn't ask for our rabies paperwork, when we asked for the nail trimming, just said it was 5 dollars. They didn't even have a proper place to cut his nails! She set him on top of a deep freezer to cut his nails, the tool this woman used was DIRTY!!! I am horrified, and after this experience i will now be choosing a corporate store like Petsmart until someone can reference me to a better local groomers, the extra 4 dollars petsmart charges for nail cuts is worth it, its clean and they actually care if your pet is up to date on shots/rabies! Regardless if they treat your dog like a super star or not, it does NOT replace the fact that this place is NOT clean in the least bit, your pet could contract a number of infectious diseases. I work for an animal shelter, so i understand how hard the cleaning process is, but i also know how easy it to MAINTAIN clean spaces (even with animals living in those spaces), its an EVERYDAY cleaning process, and they clearly have not cleaned in quite a few years! Go at your own risk, you'll defiantly be sorry.

Carol is the best and only groomer for my pets. I have been taking my dogs here for almost 20 years. I have had my beautiful baby Sadie Siberian husky for her entire life. We had been taking her to Carol and Damien forever. We had to have Sadie put sleep due to lymphoma and Carol gave me LOTS of pigs ears cause she loved them. Also had pictures on wall and our gorgeous. Siberian huskies shed terrible so to groom her its ALOT!!!!!! of work. Sadie looked so beautiful after her grooming. Carol does a great job!!! I don't trust my pets to just anyone. Sadie never had a cut bruise anything and not everyone can say that about their groomer. Also Sadie was NEVER!!! scared or nervous about going. Peeps u need to get a life obviously she has never groomed your pets. She doesn't get paid to socialize with you. I trust Carol with my precious cargo and know their safe and in

We tried to get our dog groomed here, as it is close to our house. After the initial phone call, we would NOT recommend anyone to go here. The lady on the phone was very rude, and insisted on talking down to us and was very insulting. She also was sure we were trying to lie about our dogs coat to get a better price, when in fact price is absolutely no concern. Please stay away from this awful place, and go to a professional!
