Brenton graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington with his degree in psychology before continuing into his medical school degree at Idaho State University in Meridian, ID. Brent has always viewed himself as a provider to walk you through your health goals and struggles together. Building relationships is why he went into family practice. In these cases, the most those providers can bill you is your plan's in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, neonatology, assistant surgeon, hospitalist, or intensivist services. These providers can't balance bill you and may not ask you to give up your protections not to be balance billed.

Dr. Whitney Parnell is an American Board of Surgery, board-certified General Surgeon practicing at the West Valley Advanced Surgery of Idaho clinic in Caldwell, Idaho. Dr. Parnell graduated from Creighton University, School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed her residency in the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency Program in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Parnell returned to her home state of Wyoming to begin her surgical practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 2000. In 2011 she left Wyoming and has been instrumental in establishing Breast Health Centers in multiple states. Dr. Parnell has a particular interest in nutrition and how it plays a role in healing and the patient's own surgical outcomes.
