This is by far the best place I have ever bought a car (and I have bought many). I spent time talking with Dan the first time I went in to the dealership. He was so great. He understood my specific situation and helped me to see the options available to me.



I did not buy a car from Dan that first day as I thought I should test drive other vehicles in that price point to see what I was dealing with. My friend and I both felt really good leaving the dealership. As the week went on, I had driven a few other cars and had a good idea of what I wanted. I just hoped that Rausch Motors would have a vehicle that would match.



I really wanted to buy from them. I have never felt this way before. Usually I feel pressured into buying the first car I try out and then feel remorse after I find out I have been screwed into yet another bad decision.



I called Dan on Thursday, and he immediately remembered who I was and asked how my venture was going. I told him that I was interested in a car they had on their website and went down to see it on Friday. I loved the car, and they offered me a deal that I could not refuse. They gave me much more for my trade-in than any other dealership had offered, and the price of their car was reasonable.



Dan had to leave and handed me over to Jud. Jud continued to show me the same level of service that I had come to expect from Dan. He was laid back and funny. I felt very comfortable. For the first time in my extensive car-buying experience, I felt relaxed when signing the papers. I felt like Dan and Jud had my best interest in mind while working the deal.
