Charley's Kustom Air

Used these people on a service call to check a air flow problem. Didn't fix the air flow problem but some how the service guy said he had to add 4 pounds of R410 at $40.00 per pound. Mind you the unit was cooling fine and had been for the previous year that the renters had been there. There is no way the unit was 4 lbs low on freon and could still be cooling.The problem here is that they mark the cost of freon up 800%...The actual cost of R410 per pound is $5.00 per pound so he is making a ton of money selling freon that never leaves the freon tank. The unit had been cooling fine. Had a friend come over the next day and purged 3 lbs of freon into a recovery bottle and the unit would not cool at all. So basically they charged me $140.00 for nothing. Not happy with this company..
