Richardson's Body Shop

Very disappointed, took my vehicle to be repaired and when in went in the radio head unit worked fine after they fixed the body went to pick my car up an none of the audio was working said the radio head unit went out cost to repair is 800 dollars. Very disgusted, they wouldn't take responsibility. I will never go back there or suggest anyone go there if your insurance company offers a body shop that is guaranteed work it won't be them. Do some research before taking your vehicle to this second hand body shop. They are just out for money, put all generic parts on my vehicle. Very expensive lesson learned!!!

Rude staff. Family owned and reminds me of the Honey Boo Boo clan.

They did a excellent job on my 2010 Ford Fusion..
