Guide channel show " to be announced " have no guide to show what is on for over a week ! Equipment is not up to date .

If you have any other option for internet, take it. What they are doing is likely illegal. Charging for service that is next to nonexistent.

Absolutely terrible. Their Internet is always down, and if it isn't down it's unbelievably slow. I can't even watch YouTube or Netflix with their crappy service. And their cable got knocked out for about 2 weeks not long ago. Please find ANY other Internet provider. Fusion WILL disappoint.

These upgrades has knocked out the cable for 2 weeks. Can't tell anyone because they took the phone off the hook. Can't even watch Netflix because of the internet connection! I'm over it dish here we come!

I've never had any kind of service that doesn't at least want to try and help you or make their service better. When internet goes down they unplug their phones so you can't call them. And when you do get a hold of some one they are rude. Internet doesn't work half the time. Most of the time internet goes off at five in the afternoons when their techs go home. Please sell your company to someone who will care for it.

Fusion is the slowest most unreliable internet. Paying for 8mbps and only get about 2 on a good day. Rudest most incompetent company ever!

The worst ISP/Cable provider in the state. I have issues with my internet or cable weekly, with no help from their customer service. They have people working the help desk that have no clue how to do their jobs, and their technicians cant seem to solve any connection issues. If you have another provider if your area, use it. Fusion Media should be the last choice for anyone.

Signing up for this garbage is the last mistake you'll ever make. The worst internet provider of all time. Constant problems, little to no help from customer service, and slow internet that will make you want to rip your eyeballs out and feed it to this godforsaken company. DO NOT BUY. Would give no stars if possible.

Use another provider if there are any other options. Our internet or cable goes out at least once a week. Generally on the weekend and takes forever to get fixed if it does at all. Usually have to wait for Monday. Been promising upgrades since price increase, but still nothing. Has promised credits when we have called in the past, but have never received one.
