I recently turned 21 and have been away at school in VA so I needed some wine to give to my mother has a mothers day present. The sales associate did not scan my ID she only looked at it and me back and forth and told me that my ID was fake. What she was holding was my PA drivers license. She then proceeded with the sale and asked me to sign the receipt, but unaware of PA procedure on buying alcohol I asked her why because I had never been asked to do that before and I said I have never been made to sign something before so I was just curious. The associate then proceeded to tell me that she did not appreciate me asking questions and told me to go buy alcohol at another store for giving her attitude and asking a question. Maybe, if the associate would have scanned my ID in the first place she would not have been under the position that it is not real, which it was and was from the lebanon DMV. I will never be going back here. Rudest experience of my life. I'm sorry I'm not associated with customs in PA I was only asking a question. I am not the only person who has had this happened to, as a couple others have had similar stories with the same associate. I will be telling everyone I know not to go there as I have never been treated so rudely. Just because I am a recent 21 year old doesn't mean I get to be disrespected. I have as much of right to buy alcohol here as any other person 21 and over does. Rudest experience of my life. Just because I am young does not mean I deserve to be disrespected.
