made a major error on my income tax, owed much more then they originally filled. The prev partner told me he will pay interest and penalties. Unfortunately he died and the other partner will not take care of the interest and penalties, he will not assume responsibility..Very poor way to do business, I have been in sales my entire life and when ever I made a mistake I ate it..did not wait for clients to ask..I highly suggest NOT using this firm !!

went in to file taxes. The tax professional wrote our info on a scrap of paper, took all our personal info and kept it. Will call when ready, still waiting a month later for that call. When I called, there was no straight answer as to if my info was filed or not, but an extension was probably filed? April 15 deadline has come an gone, my appointment was in the beginning of March and I am appalled that no one has the knowledge if my taxes were filed or not! Would not recommend to anyone! They still have all my personal information, and I can only hope that the extension was file, but why does it take over a month to file a simple tax return. Should have taken my taxes somewhere else, I will for now on. Buyer Beware!
