BEWARE!!!!!!! I couldn't give one star, as I purchased 4 tires and wheels with the tires having a so called warranty of 3yr or 36,000 miles. I purchased in December 2015 and found out from 2 different tire dealers that the tires are in need of replacement and one tire is wobbly. When I brought it to Able, he looked at it by crouching down and stated that it looked like normal wear and tear and most likely the manufacturer wont consider it defective tires. He then states that it is due to non-rotation of the tires is the reason for such a quick tread loss. After 8 months and 8,000 miles, I need tire replacement? This is not a sports car or exotic car, it's an SUV that my wife drives to work, and they are selling brand new tires that only last 8months or 8,000 miles? Complete rip-off, never heard of such a thing, not willing to take ownership of what he sold as he has been paid. Will never ever recommend a shady outfit such as Kustom Shop or an owner who does not care about his customers. A warranty of 3 yr or 36,000 miles is there to tell you the tires should last somewhere in that proximity, it hasn't been even a year and I have to replace two tires, and he says its just normal wear and tear? With 14yrs of so-called experience, that's his expert knowledge comparison to two different reputable tire dealers?
